Skill building

We offer guidance in managing symptoms, building coping skills, and practicing emotional regulation to promote stability and well-being.

Independent living

We support residents with daily routines, medication reminders, scheduling, personal organization, and healthy habits as they work toward greater independence.

A personalized approach to care

At Endeavor Living, we believe in truly individualized support. We build plans around each person’s goals, abilities, triggers, and strengths, rather than forcing residents into a rigid program model. Our trauma-informed, relationship-based care prioritizes trust, emotional safety, and predictable routines, understanding that many residents have experienced instability or past trauma.

Our ideal resident

Endeavor Living is designed to serve young adults with mental health needs who benefit from a structured, supportive, and therapeutic residential environment. We welcome adults between the ages of 18 and 90 years old who: Is diagnosed with a psychiatric issue or mental/developmental disability, have basic self-care skills, and are assessed to have the potential to live in a group home and benefit from our program.

Positive outcomes

We hope residents will gain stability, rebuild confidence, develop healthy routines, strengthen coping skills, reconnect with community supports, and move toward a safe, independent, and fulfilling life.
